Customer Service Part-Time Position

The Neely & Chloe Team is looking to hire someone part time to assist in customer service, wholesale, as well as warehouse and order fulfillment. This job will be based in our Pottstown warehouse. We are looking for someone to work 20-25 hours a week. This person should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, small team environment.

We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for preparing and packaging online orders for shipment, handling the customer service function of the business, and assisting to wholesale responsibilities such as picking and packing orders, tagging orders as well as inventory management.

Customer Service and Fulfillment Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and audit customer returns and exchanges

  • Office management

  • Manage web orders as well as event orders, shipping both custom and non-custom

    orders in our Pottstown warehouse

  • Interacting with customers via e-mail and phone

  • Fulfilling bulk wholesale orders

  • Creating invoices

  • Become an expert on the Neely & Chloe brand, products and customization offerings

    (i.e. brand message and vision, production and material details, embossing and hardware processes)
